Superfast was started as a love letter to all food, but mostly breakfast sandwiches.

When rating sandwiches, the lowest I go is “Adequate,” because even a breakfast sandwich that doesn’t particularly move me is usually still pretty good. I’m not trying to speak poorly about the mostly small businesses that I review, I’ve worked in restaurants and understand the hard work that goes into it.

Also, bagel sandwiches are usually not my favorite. So if you’re a bagel fan and are disappointed in my bagel sandwich ratings, it’s likely you’ll like it more than I did.
