Superfast was started as a love letter to all food, but mostly breakfast sandwiches.

When reviewing, I’m not trying to speak poorly about the mostly small businesses that I review, I’ve worked in restaurants and understand the hard work that goes into it. I’m simply trying to arm the consumer with the knowledge required to make the right choices on which breakfast sandwiches to try.

Also, bagel sandwiches are usually not my favorite. So if you’re a bagel fan and are disappointed in my bagel sandwich ratings, it’s likely you’ll like it more than I did.
